Statistics
Overall, we received 309 (190 +30+35+28+26) submissions (excluding duplicate submissions) in the scope of NECOM 2010, WIMON 2010,WEST 2010,ASUC 2010,VLSI 2010, from 17 countries around the world. All submissions were carefully peer-reviewed by at least two Program Committee members and/or external reviewers. The manuscripts were then ranked according to their original contribution, technical quality, presentation, and relevance to the themes of the conference. Based on the careful evaluation, 72 papers (from 10 countries) were selected for presentation and inclusion in the main proceedings. This represents approximately a 23 % acceptance rate
